The Seven Day Surf Retreat · North Shore, Oʻahu
We live on the Seven Mile Miracle — the most sought-after stretch of surf and sand on earth. A week of world-class coaching here with professional surfer and Hawaiian waterman Shayden Pacarro: lodging, video analysis, recovery, and a table you’re always welcome at.
Why this week works
Most surf camps put twelve people in a van and call it coaching. We take three to five. You get a house to settle into, a table where a seat is already yours, and a Hawaiian waterman who has spent his life in this water — and who knows which break is right for you on a given morning.
Every session is filmed. Every evening you watch it back and see the thing you couldn’t feel. By day seven you are not just surfing better; you understand why.
Shayden Pacarro surfs at a level most people only watch. He also teaches — patiently, in plain language, without ego.
Small enough that you get real water time and real attention, and that the group actually becomes a group.
Airport pickup, bed, boards, meals, gym, recovery. You bring yourself and a willingness to be tired in a good way.

2026 – 2027 Sessions
We run the retreat six times a year so that every week gets our whole attention. When a week is gone, it’s gone.

Your coach
Professional surfer. Hawaiian waterman. Island-raised, and now at home on this coastline.
Shayden brings calm leadership, deep knowledge of the ocean, and a grounded spirit to every session. He reads a lineup the way most people read a room. He is also a father and a partner building a life around love, growth, and opportunity — and that shows up in how he teaches.

Imua means to move forward.
Imua Ohana is more than a surf and lifestyle brand — it is a family movement rooted in Hawaiʻi, healing, and forward momentum. We believe children aren’t obstacles to dreams; they’re often the reason dreams matter more.
That belief runs through the retreat, the house, the art, and the community. It’s why a week here tends to change more than your bottom turn.
Part of the Imua family
Before Imua Ohana had a house or a retreat, it had a question: what happens to a woman’s life when she becomes a mother? Imua Moms is Danielle’s answer — a community, a contest, and a refusal to let motherhood be the end of the sentence. It lives at its own address.

For brands
Imua Ohana is openly accepting sponsorship and collaboration partners. We’re a family of surfers, athletes and generational cycle-breakers on Oʻahu’s North Shore — and an audience that pays attention to what we put our name behind.
